I asked to check all fluids and they didn't care. All showed low level. Oil change was only they did. To bad. All people is to cold since we get in. I use to bring my car only to Kia Service because I don't trust on another places but now I feel very disappointed and I am not sure if I should back or go to another place. I noticed new personal is working there but they definitely need better training and supervision to ensure the quality on the service and repairs or complains will be reflected. Since 2010 I went to service only at Kia. On the 3 cars I get there. Now, I am not sure to continue going there. More

I came in to have the oil changed on my 2015 Kia Soul. I also wanted only to view the new cars and talk to Michelle Ohler about what I would need to purchase a car. I’ve purchased 3 cars from Weston Kia but will not return. My service department experiences have been really disappointing. I took my car to Weston Kia for an oil change Saturday. I had a coupon for return. My service department experiences have been really disappointing. I took my car to Weston Kia for an oil change Saturday. I had a coupon for $25 for the service. A woman from customer service came to the waiting area and called Carrie. I started to get up and she went to another woman so I thought I misheard her. The customer service woman told the customer she needed a cabin filter and the customer approved the service. A little while later they call the customer back to pay. A few minutes later and the customer is sitting in the waiting area again. The customer service woman comes out again and calls me by my first and last name. I go to pay and she tells me it’s $100. I asked why and she said it was for the cabin filter. I told her I didn’t approve a cabin filter and she said there was a miscommunication. I told her there wasn’t communication and I wasn’t paying for it. She ended up only charging me $25. If they had been honest, I would have paid for it but they weren’t. I was just expected to pay for something I didn’t approve. More
