This was my third time at this dealership and unfortunately this was not an ideal experience. I went there for an issue with a panel above my tire. It was almost time for my maintenance so I agre unfortunately this was not an ideal experience. I went there for an issue with a panel above my tire. It was almost time for my maintenance so I agreed to do that as well, but made sure to tell the service adviser that I did not need a tire rotation as they replace my tires less than six months ago. They recommended a bunch of additional services and I opted only for the filter. When it was time to check out I saw that they had done the tire rotation but I was already late to work. When I got to work, I realized that they didn’t fix the original problem I went in for. I returned to the dealership and let them know what happened because my service advisor did not respond to my phone call or text. When I let them know what the problem was and that I was charged for a tire rotation I didn’t want or need, they asked if I wanted them rotated back. Smh. They fixed the original problem and I was on my way. I have never had a problem with the advisors or the work done there before which is why I said I would recommend. More

I had the worst experience ever at Weston Nissan service department. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, which ended up taking over 3 and a half hours. What made the situation worse was department. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, which ended up taking over 3 and a half hours. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. No one kept me updated on the status of my vehicle the entire time. After waiting for about 2 hours, I noticed that customers who arrived both before and after me — for the same exact service — were already leaving. That was extremely frustrating. When I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on, the representative appeared to be on his personal phone and acted like I was bothering him. He told me it would be “15 more minutes,” but I ended up waiting another full hour with no updates. At the end, they gave me a $15 discount, but that did not make up for the poor service, lack of professionalism, and wasted time.
