I rarely leave reviews, but in this case feel compelled to do so. I am very happy to have found Weston Nissan. Juan Schneider is a sales rep that went above and beyond to help me with my lease buyback. If to do so. I am very happy to have found Weston Nissan. Juan Schneider is a sales rep that went above and beyond to help me with my lease buyback. If you are in the market right now, or looking to buy your lease, you may have experienced a highly unethical practice that dealers are using by charging excessive fees even beyond what the original lease contract permitted. I experienced this with multiple Nissan Dealers in the Palm Beach County and Broward County area in Florida. I even had one dealer quote me a final price on the buyback but refused to show me the breakdown of how he arrived at that price. I am NOT exaggerating, Weston Nissan is the only dealership I went to out of 4 or 5 other dealerships that did not try to gouge me. Juan was super responsive and went out of his way to have all the paperwork prepared ahead of time and made the process seamless. If I had the opportunity, I would absolutely work with him again. He is reliable, honest, and kind. That was exceptionally hard to find during this buying experience with the other dealerships. Nissan Finance provided me with a reduced payoff letter (for reasons beyond this review) which necessitated a manual workaround that would require the dealership to assist beyond what they normally need to do to process this type of transaction. Juan’s manager, Theo, also went above and beyond by assisting me despite what was not normal routine for them. Lastly, I worked with a financing individual at Nissan, Manny, that patiently assisted me. He set me up with Chase bank. I needed clarity on one of Chase’s contract provisions regarding prepayment of the loan if desired. He waited with me in his office for 40 minutes as I got bounced around on the phone from rep to rep at Chase bank. He could have pressured me or got agitated. But instead, he wanted me to be comfortable with the financing arrangement and assisted me with the process. Just all around a positive experience with Weston Nissan. More
