Your service advisor Jorge Baez tried to rip me off by quoting me nearly three times more for the same work l ending up getting done at another Nissan dealership. And for the record, I’ve been getting my quoting me nearly three times more for the same work l ending up getting done at another Nissan dealership. And for the record, I’ve been getting my truck worked on by Weston Nissan for nearly 15 years. But by chance I end of with Jorge as my service advisor who is quoting prices beyond belief. He quoted $1300.00 to change a center bearing on my driveshaft. He strongly recommended that I replace the the entire driveshaft for $2400.00 I told him the driveshaft did not need to be replaced and the $1300.00 to change a bearing was way too much money for the part and labor. He told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. So I took it to another Nissan dealership and had the repair done for $525.00 parts and labor. Also he quoted me about $1500.00 to change two motor mounts and that is being over charged as well. But on top of all this price gouging Jorge charged me a $200.00 diagnostic fee. Now I got this refunded back to me after I came with the paid receipt from the dealer who did the work and spoke with Dan the service director. One word of advice, if you don’t have a warranty, then stay away from this place, you’ll will get ripped off. More
