My car was totaled and I had to get a different car and I wasn't really ready to do that. Cierra was great explaining the gap insurance process with me. When I first stopped in to test drive a few cars, my p wasn't really ready to do that. Cierra was great explaining the gap insurance process with me. When I first stopped in to test drive a few cars, my previous salesperson, Vicki, was not available. Another salesperson, Wade, helped me that day. I felt like he did not really listen to what I was asking for. Fortunately, Cierra was able to get me approved for a loan for a new to me car. Vicki was available the day I picked it up. I really appreciate how well I was treated by Cierra and Vicki! More
