Wonderful service! Very friendly staff! I took my vehicle in to replace the brakes. Upon removing my front tires, the technician noticed that my tires needed to be replaced. The service manager asked me to c in to replace the brakes. Upon removing my front tires, the technician noticed that my tires needed to be replaced. The service manager asked me to come take a look for myself and upon review, there was no doubt they needed to be replaced. It’s good to know that Westown was looking out for my safety and the safety of my son and not there just to make a couple extra dollars. Highly recommend Westown Ford for any of your automotive repairs. More

It was my favorite color inside and out, which is a good start. Andrew showed me the features of the car and we did the test drive amidst a bit of conversation that got around to values. He has good family values and was believable when he talked about personal ethics. Different than the conversations I usually have had when buying anything. Andrew is likable and good for your business. Also, he is happy there. A good representative for your dealership. Pam Birdsell brightens the room when she smiles (which is often). I bought a 2019 Ford escape I bought a Ford Escape that was brought to the Jacksonville dealership. Pater the salesman was great. Problem Is I only got one key fob.
