Bad experience, An air refresher cartridge was place intentionally inside the ac blower. The only way for you to place it there is to manually remove the air filter. they need to improve on service. mec intentionally inside the ac blower. My experience with the team member became a very good experience. I was frustrated at the beginning because I had called two different Hondas about the 60,000 mile service and they quoted me different pr experience. I was frustrated at the beginning because I had called two different Hondas about the 60,000 mile service and they quoted me different prices and different services. I just wanted what Honda recommends. I chose Westshore because it was less expensive. I had the quote emailed to me. When I arrived, the staff member gave me a price that was $150 more than the quote in my email. I had him read out what he was including and the services listed had some same items and some different items. He then pulled up my car fax and found I had recently had one of the recommended services done. In the end, the service I had done was less than the quote I walked in with. However, there were several recommendations for additional services which I opted out of for now. So while I am still not thrilled that each dealership comes up with their own recommendations and tries to upsell, I really appreciated that my staff member took extra time to evaluate and discuss what needed to be done now and what is recommended to be done soon.
