He greeted me right away, was professional, and knowledgeable.A video was sent to me from the tech explaining everything that was inspected along with recommendations. Nic gave me an estimate for recommendations, which I returned to get done the next day. The final cost matched the original quote. No hidden fees. My car was ready as promised. The customer service from everyone I interacted with was excellent. Love this place! The only negative thing for me was the 3% charge fee for using a credit card. This should be changed. It not a good practice in my opinion. More
