Excellent Experience Thank you, Amy, for helping me find the perfect new car, the 2014 Honda Accord LX. I came in on July 4th weekend to test drive a VW Jetta but it did Thank you, Amy, for helping me find the perfect new car, the 2014 Honda Accord LX. I came in on July 4th weekend to test drive a VW Jetta but it did not feel right to me; I decided to look at Honda Accords instead because they are roomier inside, have a back-up camera, bluetooth connectivity, and get pretty good gas mileage. Amy was patient with me and very professional while I tried to decide which color I wanted. With my husband's help and Amy's outstanding assistance we were able to come up with an incredible deal on a great car. We were very happy and satisfied with the quality of customer service, friendliness, and overall experience. Thanks again to Amy and the folks at Kuhn Honda. Looked at a few different models, and selected the model and options important to me (I had already one my research - it was just a matter of looking at the car and seeing if I liked the drive). Requested and received a price after my test drive a few hours later. I priced Kuhn's price with 4-5 other local dealers, and Kuhn beat it. Joe was very patient with me and my desire to drive the cars -- he was willing to allow me to drive it wherever and as long as I wanted to. Because financing was also not a difficult issue, and quickly obtained (I have some credit issues - no repos or bankruptcy, but issues nonetheless) and the price was right, and I liked the car more than I did others, I went ahead and agreed to buy the car. Joe and his staff located my specifications at another lot in Port Richey and had it at the dealership the next day. The paperwork went fairly quickly, with absolutely no attempt to upsell me on an extended warranty or "truecoat" (Fargo reference). Joe was friendly, patient, and he and his staff worked quickly to get the financing I needed and the car I wanted. There isn't much more one could ask for. Interestingly, there were older car salesmen standing outside, waiting for chum like sharks, whereas everyone I met through the Internet sale was quite a bit younger. Also, I received emails and calls from 4 different people within an hour of sending an e-mail inquiry to Kuhn through their website. That was a little overkill. That being said, after I actually went to the dealership, there was no problem. More
