Went in to bring my truck in for a some exhaust issues . They said it was going to be around 2800$ I said no thank you let me try another certified dealer. When I went to pick up my truck after paying 230$ They said it was going to be around 2800$ I said no thank you let me try another certified dealer. When I went to pick up my truck after paying 230$ inspection fee , I go in my truck and my key won’t turn . Never had that issue . The service guys was saying it was related to my exhaust ??? What??? Then said they would need to charge me another 230 to see what’s wrong with it… I never even was able to take it the first time.. asked to speak with a manager and still waiting for that to happen. Truck been in the shop since . Oh btw I found another dealer to fix my truck for under 1000$ . I’ve had good experiences with Westshore Honda before but this is unacceptable and will never come back ever again . More
