I drove from about an hour and a half out of town to see a specific model that I was looking for. I initially located the car online, after searching the online inventories of about 20+ Honda dealerships across the state. I emailed the dealership after about a week of thinking about the car and researching it extensively. Ryne contacted me--literally--within 2 minutes of submitting the email! (*ON a side note: other Honda dealerships I contacted via email WEEKS ago are JUST NOW attempting to following up.) This is my third Honda (but my first finance after two leases) so I was extremely nervous about the whole process. He answered all of my questions (probably about a weeks worth of emails!) and was always extremely pleasant and straight forward about the process. In the end I got my dream car for a great price & a great interest rate. Best sales experience at a dealership so far. I will be back. Thanks Ryne! (& Melvin!) More

SUN ROOF GLASS EXPLODED OUT WHILE DRIVING (WAS NOT OPEN) DEALRSHIP VERY ACCOMODATING ON OFFERING, WHAT THEY CALLED A "GOODWILL GESTURE" TO REPLACE THE SUNROOF GLASS ON A 2014 CRV, THAT JUST EXPLODED OUT WHIL DEALRSHIP VERY ACCOMODATING ON OFFERING, WHAT THEY CALLED A "GOODWILL GESTURE" TO REPLACE THE SUNROOF GLASS ON A 2014 CRV, THAT JUST EXPLODED OUT WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE. INTERIOR SLIDER WAS CLOSED, AS WAS THE SUNROOF. SOUNDED LIKE AN EXPLOSION INSIDE OF MY CAR. FORTUNATELY NO GLASS WAS INSIDE CAR. TOOK CAR TO KUHN HONDA. JOB WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY. SUNROOM GLASS EXPLODED. TOOK TO KUHN AND IT WAS REPLACED. DID NOT GO TO USE THE SUNROOF FOR ANOTHER DAY. THE DAY AFTER IT WAS REPLACED. HOWEVER WHEN I OPENED THE INSIDE SLIDER, ALL I HEARD WAS GLASS. GLASS WAS STILL ALL INSIDE THE ROOF SOMEPLACE. I CALLED THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND LEFT HIM A MESSAGE. WHICH HE NEVER RETURNED. THE FRUSTRATING PART OF THIS IS THAT I HAVE TO AGAIN TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK TO GO GET THIS FIXED. I THEN NOTICED THAT THE HEADLINER COMPLETELY SURROUNDING THE INSIDE SLIDER IS JUST BLACK. NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL FOR THE MESS THAT WAS LEFT OF MY CAR. IF THEY DON'T ALREADY, THEY SHOULD HAVE A SECOND PERSON SIGN OFF ON THE WORK. ESPECIALLY IN A SITUATION WHERE YOU HAD GLASS EXPLODE. VERY DISAPPOINTTED THIS TIME WITH THIS EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT KUHN HONDA. More

Excellent experience buying a new Honda Accord for my son I have purchased 18 vehicles in my lifetime and this was my best car-buying experience ever. I found the use of the website to be very helpful in adva I have purchased 18 vehicles in my lifetime and this was my best car-buying experience ever. I found the use of the website to be very helpful in advance of our visit to the dealership. Mr. William Diamond worked with me through several e-mails to arrive at a good price for the exact vehicle my son wanted. When we got to the dealership, he continued to be very professional, thorough, and helpful. There was no haggling about the price as we had established this in advance. The car we purchased is perfect for my son. My son will now be pleased to get this car serviced at Kuhn. I thank you for a very professional experience. More

We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. From the time we first spoke with Mr. Diamond on the phone until we drove off of the lot we were very pleased with the way that we were treated. We drove from Zephyrhills to Tampa and do not regret this decision as we were treated as real people and not just a number. It is rare in today's world to find a car dealership that prides its self in great customer service and satisfaction. Mr. Diamond was very professional and was not afraid to ask for help if it was something that he did not understand or was not sure how to do it such as syncing my phone to the blue tooth. Mr, Diamond made sure that we were completely satisfied from the time we walked into Kuhn Honda until our deal was complete. During this car buying process we had been to several dealers and had looked at other cars but in the end made the decision to lease a 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid from Kuhn Honda & Mr. Diamond due to their willingness to work with us and treat us their most important customer and not just a number. Having purchased many vehicles and having dealt with a wide variety of sales staff and dealerships Kuhn Honda and their entire sales staff should be very proud of the award winning dealership and their employees. Kuhn Honda Sales & Service When a truck destroyed my old car in 2012, Will Diamond and the others at Kuhn Honda enabled me to get a new Civic at a great price with terms I could When a truck destroyed my old car in 2012, Will Diamond and the others at Kuhn Honda enabled me to get a new Civic at a great price with terms I could easily afford in spite of my bad credit. Since then I have driven over 47,800 miles with no problems. When I take my car in for service, the service personnel are always friendly, check my car thoroughly for any problems, inform me completely about what needs to be done, and do it at a reasonable price. I have been buying cars and having them serviced since 1965. I have lived all over the country and have had extensive experience with car "sales & service." Will Diamond and Kuhn Honda are the "gold standard" by which all others must be judged. George Whiting St Petersburg, FL email: gcwcpa@yahoo.com More

We received excellent service from the moment we contacted Kuhn. Vehicles on the website were actually available at the dealership and the Internet sales representative, Will Diamond, was honest and contacted Kuhn. Vehicles on the website were actually available at the dealership and the Internet sales representative, Will Diamond, was honest and up front with all details and did not try to over sell us a vehicle that was more than we needed or out of our price range.
