I have been working with 'Seth for several yrs. now and can honestly say that he is a pleasure to work with and that he makes going to the service dept. a pleasant experience. Did not honor oil change. When I bought my new Civic there they gave me 3 free oil changes, now when I went over for my first one they told me they could not honor them becaus When I bought my new Civic there they gave me 3 free oil changes, now when I went over for my first one they told me they could not honor them because they had changed their name. I always trade every 2 years, now I WILL change dealer. Real classy place. More
Exceptional A/C Service I came to the service center on a Saturday without an appointment. I was in & out within 2 hours! Not only that, but the service representative work I came to the service center on a Saturday without an appointment. I was in & out within 2 hours! Not only that, but the service representative worked with me to lower the repair costs almost $100. She worked with a manager to come under my budget & communicated everything very clearly to me. Charles Beck, "Chuck" and his team had my vehicle taken care of quickly and accurately. The whole team was welcoming and made sure I was taken care of through the entire experience. Absolutely would recommend this dealership and the fantastic customer/maintenance service. Great job. I will never go back to Brandon Honda again. Keep up the great work. Service was great but Customer Service could be better. Went in for Alignment and Oil Change but was told I could not use coupons for both services. I tried to speak to the Manager but instead spoke to an A Went in for Alignment and Oil Change but was told I could not use coupons for both services. I tried to speak to the Manager but instead spoke to an Assistant Manager and was told that it is company policy. The coupon does say “may not be combine with other offers” but it suggests to offers to the same type of service. My suggestion is to write on the fine print of the coupon “one coupon per visit”. It’s very inconvenient to have to come back on another day for it, maybe I’ll use the competition. More

Service Over & Above to Get My A/C Going Sometime over the winter months my A/C conked out, and I brought it into Westshore Honda to get it addressed. Chuck, my service manager, worked with Sometime over the winter months my A/C conked out, and I brought it into Westshore Honda to get it addressed. Chuck, my service manager, worked with me to get the best service at the best possible price. Then, he had the technicians double-check the work to ensure everything was working properly. It added a couple of minutes on my car's time in the shop, but the confidence I have in the work is magnified ten-fold. I'll definitely be going back to Westshore and having Chuck manage my service!
