"Had a bad experience guests service."

I got their nobody attended me or greed me then i look for somebody he rudely said I have to wait which is fine but that way he said it. Then they over charge me. They said because they change company. At the end the rude service guy name is (Mike Gillespie) very unprofessional he was also rude to a lady the was their as well. He was not friendly guy & the car wash was horrible it came out more dirty like seriously.

"Excellent customer service "

I visited this dealership to see if they would be able to look at my tire because the tire pressure light was on and I was greeted by Alyssa Guzman Porter, she was so friendly and went over & beyond to get my car looked at & even asked me if I would like a car wash. She came & got me to let me know that I had a hole in my tire and they even put a cap on one of my tires, I’ve haven’t seen customer service like the service and communication from an establishment in quite some time.

Seth took care of me in Service and went over and beyound. I tried to get some paint chips fixed on my last visit and no body would help me get it done and Seth made it happen!! Extremely happy with him!.. And Melvin sold me my Pilot a while back and was very nice and easy to work with. Even going in for Service, he remembered me by name and my Husband's name.

I've been taking my vehicle for all its service needs to Kuhn since purchasing it due to the honest and satisfactory work they provide. I have dealt mostly with Pete Perelli over the years and he has been very accommodating in solving issues I've had with my car. In the nine years of owning my vehicle I have not taken it to any outside service department. I am satisfied and plan on continuing my vehicle's service needs with Kuhn Honda. Should I decided to purchase another vehicle I would plan on doing so with Kuhn Honda. I always recommend Kuhn and Honda to other people who are also looking for a new vehicle.

"Quick Service"

I was able to schedule service same day online and choose what I needed done,which was an oil change, to check my brakes and to inspect the car for anything else that might need to be done. I arrived and was able to speak to someone right away. I was checked in by my service advisor Mike, who was courteous and quickly found my car history. He suggested a brake flush in addition to the oil change and I sat down in the waiting room while my car was being serviced. I was there for about an hour, I received the evaluation on my car (tires, brakes etc are all fine), paid and was on my way home with no issues. I really like going to Kuhn, not only is the service great but they also don't bombard me with annoying ads or emails like other dealerships.
