Professional I came in the other day to have my oil changed. Usually, I would never in 1 million years go to a dealership for anything, but every time I’ve gone t I came in the other day to have my oil changed. Usually, I would never in 1 million years go to a dealership for anything, but every time I’ve gone to Kuhn, i’ve left happy and this instance continues the streak. They completed the oil change and the quickwash for less than Jiffy Lube, and while they were quick to show me areas to be concerned about in the future, they didn’t turn it into gotcha moment. The service rep I worked with, Seth Kalman, was polite, thorough, and easy to deal with. Really appreciate the team at Kuhn. More

However, to be bluntly honest, I had become frustrated with Kuhn's customer service and the price of repairs and began servicing my automobiles at other Honda dealers in Brandon and Clearwater even though Kuhn was much closer. I was ready to slam the door on Kuhn when my wife's car required some minor servicing and we decided to take it to Kuhn for the sake of convenience. This is when we met Service Representative Pete Perelli and Pete is the man I come to see now and the main reason I continue to service my cars at Kuhn and an example for others to follow. He listens, he cares, he follows up, and he tries to minimize the financial burden through whatever coupons and special offers he can find. I am happy to recommend Pete as a top notch employee and an excellent choice for advancement. I suggest you make that man in senior management and give him the the authority to oversee and inspire all of Kuhn's service operations. More
