Personal and pleasant I've worked with Pete the last 3 times I've gotten my 2015 C-RV serviced at Khun Honda. I calls me by my name and recognizes me as soon as I walk in. That means a lot especially because I don't come in often except for my regular maintenance. I just relocated back to tampa and that's why I started going to Kuhn Honda; I'd recommend anyone go to them. Clean and comfortable facility if you have to wait there for your car, they stay true to the estimated time frames of completion for the work. And they don't try to scare or sell you work on your car, if you need something done they tell you with cost and the time frame they recommend you get it done, if you can't afford it NOW More

Review Honda was professional and they gave well rounded service. FYI however, My Honda accord hood was left unlatched and might have been an accident had I not noticed at a stop light, got out and latched it completely closed, prior to getting in to higher speed of traffic. I had requested that my Garmin maps be updated. The dealership will not do this for me...a little disappointing, They did honor the warranty and put on a battery that I was not aware was bad. Sorry I don't remember the service person's name. But he's always friendly and my waiting times are less than an hour. Will return. More

After a brief discussion, Tony said the car was driveable but I should come in at the soonest time possible. I immediately drove to Kuhn Honda and was instantly greeted and the car for service. A diagnostic determined that the problem was a wheel sensor and the part was promptly ordered since no Tampa Bay dealership had it in stock. By noon the next day, my car was repaired at no charge. The entire experience lasted less than 24 hours. More
