Matt, my salesperson was a 5 out of 5, unfortunately, Lam the "finance person" lol, was a 0 out of 0. While we have purchased 3 cars from them, we will NOT be back. I cannot say enough about the service Brian R provided for my wife and I. We are always nervous about dealing with car sales people as some can be high pressure. Brian is nothing like that.
