As always great service. I contacted Lexus and requested to bring my car in for a recall repair, oil change and new inspection sticker. Billy promptly set me up with an appo I contacted Lexus and requested to bring my car in for a recall repair, oil change and new inspection sticker. Billy promptly set me up with an appointment. Two days later took the car in and as always Dave (Haas) checked me in, got me a loaner and had me back on the road with a freshly cup of coffee in less than 15 minutes. A few hours later they call me to pick up my car. When I arrived, the service desk staff had my invoice and comprehensive inspection report ready to go. I paid my bill and walked out to my sparkling clean car with a full gas tank. Now how's that for service and it was a holiday weekend to boot. Outstanding service guys! Sincerely, Tracey L. The drive seat looked like a cheap leather sofa before the car reached 15000 miles. Service says nothing they can do, expected. Sales center said they would revisit this problem with service.
