Snobbish Receptionist and totally RUDE service cordinator First time in this service center as The location was nearer to my residence. Receptionist did not greet us nor had a smile, very snobbish. When we were assigned a cordinator, we start asking questions about a recall letter we have received and also wanted some services done on the car. But as a careful consumer, I asked for the price first before I gave them full authority over my credit card. This is the response: when I asked if they charge the same as the South West Lexus service center: the agent Andrew Tran gave us a quick response, WE don't Use Coupons here' Would you feel talked down to and being totally disrespected? I will never visit this service center again, even if I want to buy a new Lexus, this will definately not be one of the places I step foot again. Will let my friends who owns Lexus and luxury cars know about this kind of bad service in this location. More

Fast and Reliable I know when I bring my RX350 in for maintenance, I will be well taken care of. I am always asked if I want to wait for it, or if I want a loaner car.
