From repairing a car to buying a new one. I brought in a 2007 GX for minor repairs. Turned out it needed $4,000 worth of repairs (stuck valves, brakes and radiator work). Decided to trade for I brought in a 2007 GX for minor repairs. Turned out it needed $4,000 worth of repairs (stuck valves, brakes and radiator work). Decided to trade for a new (2015) GX. Got a decent price discounted for the new GX and they beat me up over the trade-in (cracked dash - actually covered by a Lexus recall and said electric windows did my work - not true). Nevertheless, we made a deal and my wife loves her new car. Delivery was quick and flawless. I have used Westside Lexus for years and have always been Hapoy with their service. I just wish the used car trade in experience had been classier and not like a mid-level car experience. More

Would have liked more explanation of the warranty repair I brought my 2008 Lexus IS 250 in for a headlight replacement, and was advised that there was warranty coverage for the engine running rough. The war I brought my 2008 Lexus IS 250 in for a headlight replacement, and was advised that there was warranty coverage for the engine running rough. The warranty repair covered eight days because it included a lot of engine dis-assembly and re-assembly. Due to the work, I had some other routine maintenance such as replacing spark plugs, replacing the engine serpentine belt, and replacing the water pump done in conjunction with the warranty work. I was pleased that the total cost to me was not too high, due to the warranty work. I was never clear exactly what the warranty issue was, because I had not noticed or complained of any rough idle or rough running. I was very glad Westside provided a loaner car for the period so I was not inconvenienced. I felt I was very well treated. More
