When I arrived at Westside Lexus service center, a welcome sign was awaiting me as I pulled in! This was new, as I have used this service center for many years. I waited while my car was serviced as Dave had informed me it would take 1.5-2 hrs. Exactly 1.5 hours later it was complete. My car always receives a complementary wash, which I love.
