Outstanding, friendly people-Great car-Wonderful experience I went to Westside Lexus the first time with a friend who was buying a car, and was so impressed with Susan Blackwell, her sales person, that I decide I went to Westside Lexus the first time with a friend who was buying a car, and was so impressed with Susan Blackwell, her sales person, that I decided to go back and buy a new car. Susan is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, listened to what I was looking for and gave me options - all without pushing. She worked hard to find exactly the car I wanted and was as excited as I was to find it. Susan is awesome! She praised each person with whom I was going to work - Homer in financing and Kelly to teach me details about the car - and was exactly right. Homer guided me to the right financing package, kind, patient and helpful. Kelly helped me set up my phone, garage doors, music without my glazing over with too much data at once and I feel comfortable going back when I need more help.
