I have always dreaded the car buying process but this purchase was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I have had Kyle keeping an eye out for a used LS 460 for me and he would em purchase was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I have had Kyle keeping an eye out for a used LS 460 for me and he would email me when cars came in that fit within my parameters. When this certified 2007 black on black 460 came in with 48K miles in great condition he emailed me before it was even listed on the website. I came in to drive it with no intentions of actually getting a deal done that evening. The car was exactly what I wanted and not only did he come out with the price I was looking to pay based on my research but he hit the nail on the head on how much I wanted for trading in my 2004 LS 430. Even though I felt like I should counter just on principle alone, I couldn't, he really did show me his best offer right out of the gate and I had to appreciate that for what it was. Then I thought I was going to have to wait until the next morning as I intended to use a credit union that I had already received estimated financing terms from that were excellent, but Kyle introduced me to the credit manager and she thought they could come close enough to make the difference negligible. My history with dealer financing made me think otherwise but I gave them a shot and was pleasantly surprised. I walked in that evening thinking I was just going to test drive a car and I walked out 90 minutes later the proud owner of a new (to me) vehicle that I have been extremely satisfied with since. The car was not quite ready for delivery yet so I came to pick it up the next day. When it came out of make ready, one of the headlights burned out and Kyle took it back in to have it replaced. He also noticed when he started it that it didn't start up as fast as he would have liked so he replaced the battery as well. When we drove to the service department so he could familiarize me with it for my first service appointment, the headlight burned out again so he took it back in to have them thouroughly check it out. The next day was Saturday and he personally delivered the car to me as I do not live near the dealership. I have had no issues with the car since he delivered it and every time I get in it, I am so happy that I bought it. When you're buying a luxury vehicle, you expect a top notch level of service and that's exactly what I received. When it comes time to replace this vehicle, I sincerely hope that Kyle will still be there to take care of me. More
I was very pleased with the service that I received on Sat, 11/17. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes and received a loaner car. Then, my service advisor called me and told me it was ready. Scott took my call when I inquired about making my service appointment and who my new advisor would be (since Hazel is no longer with Lexus). Scott was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Although he was NOT my regular service advisor, he made me feel like a valued customer and that he was eager to assist. When I came in, Phil Myers assisted and he too was MORE than helpful, friendly, and professional. He got me in/out of there quickly and effeciently, but never made me feel rushed and ensured he answered all my questions or addressed any concerns. He was more than polite with walking me to the loaner car and offering to assist to get any belongings from my car to the loaner. It is RARE that I have had any issues with Westside Lexus, and BOTH Scott and Phil were exceptional in their level of customer service and taking care of any issues/questions/concerns that I had. I was extremely pleased when I left Westside Lexus due to their professionalism and superbly friendly attitude with assisting! More

Had to take my RX 400 in for maintenance, I pulled up and there was a friendly person to greet me. Walked in and was directed to Robyn. Robyn made me feel like I was first priority.
