Keith Hollis greeted me in his usual friendly and professional manner, although I did not have an appointment. My LEXUS had a tire pressure warning light go on, and I dropped in. I was very pleased with my experience with Susan Blackwell and Westside Lexus. She was able to answer my questions and took the time to help me "experience" the car (i.e. synching up my phone so I Blackwell and Westside Lexus.
