Our sales experience was excellent. Shekhar was very friendly and professional and we did not feel pressured in any way to seal the deal. It wasn't what we had expected but Shekhar informed us Lexus was offering a good deal on the RX350. He got us to test drive the vehicle and then worked out the numbers. We ended up leasing the RX350 and while he was preparing the paperwork, we were chatting and found out that his neighbor is one of our close friends. And when we told him we loved Indian food especially goat curry, he recommended a restaurant to us which we immediately tried last weekend. And the food was good. This RX350 is our 2nd Lexus vehicle and we had a great experience with our purchase and services provided by Lexus as well.
