Advisor not professional I came to Westside Lexus to replace 2 windows, 1 front and 1 rear. The advisor gave me the quote price, loaner car, and time frame which was same day I came to Westside Lexus to replace 2 windows, 1 front and 1 rear. The advisor gave me the quote price, loaner car, and time frame which was same day to pick up. During the day he made several phone calls and left messages, every time he left message he asks me to call him back instead of letting me know the status of my car then I called him back and got to know the car still in service. Next day he called me again and told me the car was ready, however I found out the rear window wasn't tinted and I requested to get that done also it costs about $60 dollars more. A day later I was told the service was complete and I let my brother came to pay and pick it up, then a day later the advisor called me serveral times and left urgent messages he still didn't let me know the reason he called and asked me to call him back. Therefore I didn't call him because we already paid, also I didn't want to give the craps about him during the holidays. That was on Saturday then Monday he called me again and I found out that he didn't add $60 dollars on the bill and asked me to come back to pay for it or to give him my credit card number. It was unbelievable... More
