Wish they looked outward for customer I was a little disappointed that at such low mileage that they are recommending alignment. Yes I understand you can hit a hole but I do not feel like I was a little disappointed that at such low mileage that they are recommending alignment. Yes I understand you can hit a hole but I do not feel like that was true. I wished if they were trying to find something that they could have suggested an inspection while I was there. I got home and had a reminder notice from the state that it was due. Would have been nice if Westside could have reminded me while I was there to save me another trip for service. More

My service representative is pleasant and reachable by email. He has been very good at advising me about how long things will take which lets me decide whether to wait or request a loaner car. Most of the time everything has been very quick and waiting was easiest for me. My car is delivered to me sparkling and clean. More

Poor communication, don’t care attitude Went for 50,000 service. Told needed new tires(old ones purchased from dealer 12/16. Had many different explanation why same tire that previously had Went for 50,000 service. Told needed new tires(old ones purchased from dealer 12/16. Had many different explanation why same tire that previously had gotten 30,000 the ones I bought got 15,000. Very disappointed after driving Lexus over 20 years. I doubt my next car will be a Lexus after this experience. More
