Overall great service Jacob has always been extremely helpful. I appreciate his honestly and integrity and the ability to get me on my way in a loaner in short order. I can get in and out very quickly and I truly appreciate that. The only downside to this service dept. is it is SO busy, however it is busy for a reason and that is because they are great! What A Waste of Time! I called in to get an estimate as my baby and I got rear ended and I was told estimate will take 30 mins or an hour less. Took their word and came in I called in to get an estimate as my baby and I got rear ended and I was told estimate will take 30 mins or an hour less. Took their word and came in with my baby (4 mos old that time) and when I got there I spoke to Steve who handles the insurance of the other party. He didn't give me an estimate and just told me to just send him the estimate of the other insurance which I did. I noted to him that the other insurance put all after market parts on the estimate and he assured me that he will take care of it and will communicate with the other insurance and will let them know "that I only want original parts in my car". He didn't acknowledge my email so I had to call in again. I then spoke with him and we talked abt the estimate of the other insurance again. His side is now contradicting about original parts based on our previous conversation prior to me setting up an appointment as to when to drop off my car. He then mentioned "if there's a $90 difference am I supposed to eat it"?!? He also stated something about life is not fair when I stated to him that we were the one who got rear ended and not the other way around and also the main reason why I am having Lexus to fix my car is because of course I wanted all original parts when they fix my car. He also made a comment about my car being old (2010) that the other insurance will not agree to put original parts! Calling them and going there were totally a waste of my time! I had to drag my baby in the car for nothing! I was obviously not happy and pleased so I ended up taking my car to Sterling McCall which by the way put ALL ORIGINAL PARTS in my car with no issue with the other insurance! I am definitely not going back there at all will never recommend to anybody! More
