You have a love of cars as I do, which was evident in your guiding me through the mechanics of why I needed specific service based on safety issues, which are extremely important to me, as I travel long distances daily. Whether I am purchasing a new car, need service or simply have questions I find that I always leave feeling valued. When I have my RXH serviced I work with Chris Nemoto; he is just wonderful. Why? His voicemail box is never full, he readily takes notes on all my questions/requests, he is professional, timely and just makes each transactions smooth. In my most recently visit Chris was visibly trying to please many customer and did so with care. While waiting he provided updates, not just a visual eye contact update, oh no, he'd walk over and say "thanks for waiting and your patience..." It is the attention to detail that keeps me coming back. I thank Chris and the Lexus service team for their consistent great work and professional work.
