His voicemail box is never full, he readily takes notes on all my questions/requests, he is professional, timely and just makes each transactions smooth. In my most recently visit Chris was visibly trying to please many customer and did so with care. While waiting he provided updates, not just a visual eye contact update, oh no, he'd walk over and say "thanks for waiting and your patience..." It is the attention to detail that keeps me coming back. I thank Chris and the Lexus service team for their consistent great work and professional work. Great customer service! I came to the dealership with a check engine light. My service manager Nestor was extremely helpul and not only took care of this issue but also aler I came to the dealership with a check engine light. My service manager Nestor was extremely helpul and not only took care of this issue but also alerted me I had a free service available with my new car purchase. He got me into a loaner car quickly and I picked up my car that afternoon, it was even clean!
