Starting with the arrival at the Center when a representative greets you before you can leave your car. If your visit is your first time they will assist you in locating your your service consultant. I have been using Westside for service since 1994. In all of that time I am only now starting to work with my third service consultant. The SC is always prepared for my visit with notes on my Lexus. While we engage in a friendly chat he gets right to business preparing the work order as well as arranging my loaner car. Often, he asks me which model I care to drive that day. I have often used the service loaner car program to "feel out" a new model. Within a short time I'm on my way. Throughout the day my SC contacts me with updates on the status of my Lexus. If my Lexus is not ready for pick up until the end of the day, I retain the loaner car to avoid having to drive through rush hour traffic. Westside understands this and I've never been pressured to return a loaned car in all these years. Picking up my Lexus is a snap. If I am at the Service Center 15 minutes to pick up my car I'd be amazed. More
