I have dealt with him several times and I can't say enough nice words about him. This is my third Lexus, with the first two being purchased through Sterling McCall and my current Lexus was purchased at Westside. Hands down, Westside is the best. Keep up the good work. More

Oil change Was disappointed when I found out Keith retired because he always took care of me. There was a mix up when I scheduled my service, I stated that I wan Was disappointed when I found out Keith retired because he always took care of me. There was a mix up when I scheduled my service, I stated that I wanted to drop off my vehicle but the lady thought I was going to wait. Andrew tran took care of me and got me a loaner vehicle really quick. He's a nice respectful guy who kept me updated. I thought to myself whoever takes over Keith will have some big shoes to fill. Andrew seems like he can fill them well. 5 stars. More
