I am taking this case to court STAY AWAY DON'T BE A VICTIM OF FRAUD More
Most remarkable Customer Service Experience I was completely blown away with the service I received from Brandon Goodman and Alex P. Brandon and I spoke on the phone before my arrival and when I was completely blown away with the service I received from Brandon Goodman and Alex P. Brandon and I spoke on the phone before my arrival and when I arrived, the car I wanted to buy was already ready to be test drove in the front. I was escorted inside and was treated with the utmost respect by not just Brandon, but everyone in the building. I work in customer service myself and I have never had a better experience at any restaurant, hotel, any store etc. I tend to be very critical when it comes to customer service and the way you are supposed to treat people. Brandon and Alex were not pushy, they weren't arrogant or passive. My situation was tender and I was put into a BRAND NEW car in just 2 hours. From beginning to end, I was beyond impressed. The offer the dealership gave us included $1,800 in optional equipment the dealership had added to the truck but the sticker price did not reflect this The next thing was the unprofessional behavior of the finance dept ....they did not take us to an office to conduct business..they were standing up near the vending machines trying to do business... The finance dept then tried to send in a "bully" who was supposed to try and sell us the extra stuff like gap and warranty and tire protection....we had pretty emphatically told the first finance guy we did. It want any of those things... They then tried to do their own credit app when we clearly told them we already had financing in place with our bank I drove off the lot with this 22k vehicle to find out there was a hole in the windshield where the sign had been removed by the dealer...we called them on the road after a couple of min and they said we were out of luck ...that we bought the car as is More
Excellent Customer Service I bought a new 2015 Mustang GT premium from Westway ford around 1 month ago. After 2 weeks i was feeling vibrations and alignment issues in my car. I I bought a new 2015 Mustang GT premium from Westway ford around 1 month ago. After 2 weeks i was feeling vibrations and alignment issues in my car. I checked with Asst. Service Director Andrew Cossman and Service Director Harvis Grammer and they were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and were very polite in understanding my concern. Even General Sales Manager Ali Benli of Westway ford drove my car and was very helpful in fixing the issue. I felt like they were having issues with their car and did everything to fix the problem. Kudos to Westway ford for having such wonderful people. Once again thanks a lot. More
