"They Damaged my Vehicle "

if you care about your car, go anywhere BUT westway ford. Talk about the worst service experience i’ve ever had. Horrific customer service, and zero quality control. They had my car for 3 weeks trying to fix my seat and ended up not being able to do it, well actually, they had no idea what they were doing. When I picked up my car, it was covered in scratches and dents, and the interior was also scratched. They couldn’t even put the passenger air bag panel back on right. So I took it back. It took them a week to even get me a loaner car so I could drop off my car to fix the damages THEY caused. 5 weeks later I get my car back for something that should’ve only taken a week. My car spent a total of 8 weeks at westway ford. I tried many times to contact the service manager who never even called me back ONCE. I always got a “he’s going to call you” well, out of the 8 weeks my car spent at westway, I still don’t even know what the manager looks or even sounds like. Got told many times my car was going to be done on this date and when I call I always got a “well we still need to do this and we need more time”. My service advisor was almost impossible to get ahold of. When i went to go pick up my car I told them I would be there in 30 minutes, so when i get there I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get my car from the lot. My car is still not back to the way I brought it to westway ford. These guys have no idea what they are doing and they sure don’t seem to give a crap about their customers.

"Horible Experience in Service Department"

To start my experience in the past purchasing from Westway has been pleasant, this review is against the crooked service department and Fords policy towards not providing loaner vehicles due to manufacturing problems of THEIR vehicle! Took our explorer here for recalls or s/b whatever you want to call it. 2 issues 1 with a door panel and 1 with the carbon monoxide entering the cabin. We were told to bring it by so they could look at the car and order parts that were needed and made to believe we would drop it off when the parts came in and provided a loaner. When she brought the vehicle by she was told that they were not in fact recalls and loaners wouldn't be covered, I find it hard to believe that an issue with carbon monoxide-entering the cabin isn't treated more seriously, imagine how many people might not bring their vehicles in due to the cost they have to absorb? She was then shown all the maintenance that was due for the vehicle having 60k miles totaling over $700. We asked how much a transmission flush would cost and was told $200 and that a loaner would be provided if we went that route. At this point the entire reason for bringing the vehicle in for a Ford issue was completely flipped back to the consumer. I have no respect and trust for Ford and this dealership or as I call stealership. Also worth mentioning is I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from this dealership totaling over 80k, so if they treat me this way I can only imagine. It's sad that your treated like a number everywhere you go these days. Stay away from this dealership as they simply want to sell you on maintenance you may or may not need.

"Horrible place of business "

Worst dealership ever!!! Not enough staff to accommodate clientele. My car has been there somce the 31st of march it is now the 11th of april and my car is still there anna and Steve with the service department are rude. Anna was suppose to call me on april 2 as she told me my car was next in line to see what was wrong!! She never called back so i called april 3rd and spoke with steve and he said the mechanic is at lunch they will call me back well noone called me back so i called back two hours later anna then said the mechanic had a accident so he had to leave . So you telling me there is only one mechanic fixing on all the vehicles in your dealership. I also been asking for a loner vehicle and they are telling me they dont have one how can you not have one for 11 days!!! So Wednesday I called my warranty company as the dealership is horrible at communicating and to follow up with anything warranty said the dealership had just called them with the claim at 11:31am and that they will be sending a inspector out there in the next 24-48 hours anna gave them a phone number for the inspector to contact them at before they show Thursday comes the inspector calls the number anna provided as they have to call a hour before they show he called at 11:00am to be there at noon however no answer or callback so i found this out by contacting warrenty because speaking with anna she was saying the same thing i havent heard anything they havent called so Friday the inspector had to just show up however there was no technician to assist the inspector only the advisors and that is unacceptable as they are not mechanics so the inspector left and it left my claim in jeopardy... Saturday comes and Sundays comes then it’s Monday Tuesday claim was approved I called them to tell them no follow up I had to call them here it is Wednesday and anna still hasnt called the warranty to give the ok to ship the part so they can get it tomorrow and my car can get fix!!!! Please to leave a email to contact or a phone number i dont want anybody to ever have to go through this ever!!! Ive contacted corporate just now and Samantha Chatman with channel 5 news !!!! I have no car!!!!!

"Extremely Poor Service"

I have been a loyal customer and brand advocate of Ford for over 5 years, but recently I encountered some extremely poor customer service at Westway Ford. After getting my car serviced this past weekend for a new battery, I was blatantly lied to over the phone by multiple service advisors that my car was “being diagnosed” and that it would be available to pick up soon. I then get a call that they cannot find my car on the dealership lot. I went 2+ days without my vehicle and it was all due to their incompetence and neglect. The poor service I received is unacceptable and I will never step foot in this dealership again.

"a detail they "owed" me."

Please do not purchase a car here or even have them do something as a "detail". What a joke- i dropped my car off at 11:00am and was told it would be ready by 4-4:30. i arrived at 4:15 only to wait to get my car until 6:15. I was having a "detail" done that they "owed" me because when i leased the car it was not clean when i picked it up-the next day. So after having my car for 7 hours, i finally got it back, but it was till dirty. They did not "detail" anything. I will be posting pictures of my "detail" on all my social media accounts. Westway ford is awful, do not give them 1 red cent.

"THE DEALER OWNER IS TOP NOTCH. "

My truck was in the dealer for a warranty repair. There was a situation that happened at the dealership. I addressed it with the General Manager. You want to talk about impressive. He totally corrected the issue and did not stop until I was completely satisfied. I will be doing business with Westway Ford from now on. To know that if there is an issue the owner will take time to talk to you and discuss everything going on. There are very few places you can go to and actually sit down with the owners of the dealership. I could not of been more impressed with the way that I was treated at this dealership. I will definitely be doing business at Westway Ford from now on.

I've had 2 issues now with a vehicle that was not even purchased at Westway and he was more than happy to get my issues fixed. "Deceptive service practices"

Came to dealership on 10/29 to get my 2013 Ford F150 serviced. My initial issue was that my key would not come out of the ignition. At that time I did advised them that I have a Ford ESP warranty. They told me that they would have to do an inspection on the vehicle to determine the problem. After the diagnostic the service tech informed me that I had a broken shifter and a radiator leak. I told him to fix everything that is covered under the warranty. He called and told me that they car would be done 11/2 and that they wanted to know if I wanted the leak fix? I asked was it covered under the warranty, he (Johnny) said no, then I said don’t fix it. I just pay my deductible ($200.00) and get the leak fixed at a later time. He then tells me that they charged me for another diagnostic on the leak!!! I told him I didn’t authorize that and asked to speak with his manager. He transferred me to Harvish and he told me that they charge diagnostics on each issue on a vehicle and that I authorized it. I told him I did not!. I get up to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and Harvish refused to come and speak with me to discuss the matter at hand. They also told me that they would not release my vehicle until I paid the full price ($329.00). So I made 2 payment transactions, one for $200.00 and another for $129.00 in order for them to release the vehicle back to me.
