if you care about your car, go anywhere BUT westway ford. Talk about the worst service experience i’ve ever had. Horrific customer service, and zero quality control. They had my car for 3 weeks trying to fix my seat and ended up not being able to do it, well actually, they had no idea what they were doing. When I picked up my car, it was covered in scratches and dents, and the interior was also scratched. They couldn’t even put the passenger air bag panel back on right. So I took it back. It took them a week to even get me a loaner car so I could drop off my car to fix the damages THEY caused. 5 weeks later I get my car back for something that should’ve only taken a week. My car spent a total of 8 weeks at westway ford. I tried many times to contact the service manager who never even called me back ONCE. I always got a “he’s going to call you” well, out of the 8 weeks my car spent at westway, I still don’t even know what the manager looks or even sounds like. Got told many times my car was going to be done on this date and when I call I always got a “well we still need to do this and we need more time”. My service advisor was almost impossible to get ahold of. When i went to go pick up my car I told them I would be there in 30 minutes, so when i get there I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get my car from the lot. My car is still not back to the way I brought it to westway ford. These guys have no idea what they are doing and they sure don’t seem to give a crap about their customers.
