THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!!!!!! So l contacted this dealership couple days ago about a white mercedes gla250. A lady on the phone confirmed it was a clean title ALL MEANS!!!!!! So l contacted this dealership couple days ago about a white mercedes gla250. A lady on the phone confirmed it was a clean title, that the car was in their location and that the out of the door cost is the listed price plus documentation fees which is $690. I live in nashville, flew 2hrs on a first class flight and arrive to discover a complete different story. ALL LIES. First of all they told me the car was in another location because they have so much cars, second the car was a salvage title and needed repair and last thing the fees amounted around $5k which bring the total price to +22k+. They tried to sell me another gla present at their location for $25k. After l had a go at them for their lies, bad business practices, scams and bad customer service, they told me that they were going to reimburse my plane ticket which was aound 300$. After waisting my time with. Lot of back and forth, they gave me a $99 check telling me that they checked the price online and a first class return ticket from nashville to newark was $50. LOL. I dont need that xxxxxxxx $99 because l came to pay 19k cash for the car. More

The most fraudulent dealership in USA! I know, my review will be scratched again! I came here 05/07/2020 to buy average 2017 BMW X1 for $18,500. Dealer didn't give me to test it, but very I know, my review will be scratched again! I came here 05/07/2020 to buy average 2017 BMW X1 for $18,500. Dealer didn't give me to test it, but very promptly brought bunch of papers for signing like a routine... I have no time to read all of them. That is what he wanted! Because among the papers was empty form of contract which I signed like all others, not seeing it. After that, everything was "performed brilliantly"! Only in two weeks I found that car costs not $18,500. It's price is $30,476.00. There was no sense to protest, to prove and discuss the fraud.Nice dealers just smile and say "they cannot help me because I signed the Contract"... Thanks to Police the car is allowed to be kept on their parking lot. As a result, for the time being,the Star Attorneys are working on this case, even Police Investigators are involved! Don't get cheated everyone! More

This is the worst dealership to go get a car. They lied to you about the Carfax. we were told that the car had just been involved in one accident. We just recently found out from an Acura dealership that t to you about the Carfax. we were told that the car had just been involved in one accident. We just recently found out from an Acura dealership that the card had three major accidents and that the car is not even worth what we’re paying for because it’s a total loss car. No dealership is going to let us trade in this car. Also With in a month of us getting the car we went back to the dealership because we were having trouble with the car and also found out that the car doesn’t have all the original parts to it . When we told the dealership our concerns, they said that It was not their issue anymore. That the car has one more year of certification to go to an Acura dealership. I’m now stuck paying for a car that any minute can’t stop working or can be hazardous to me and the road. Please don’t by car from the dealership they are the biggest liars and scam there is out there. And they also have change the name to dealership more than three times. More

Don’t waste your time or your money on this fraudulent dealership! I went to the dealership with my own financing and found the car I wanted. They changed the contract numbers after the fact so the warranty company does not honor it. More
