MY WIFE AND I FOUND JERRY TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL.HE EXHIBITED A CARING WE HAD NOT EXPERIENCED WHEN DEALING WITH OTHER SALES STAFF. HE KNEW THE WORKINGS OF THE MODEL CAR WE PURCHASED. The atmosphere and competance the employees at Whitaker create is unbelievable. I did quite a bit of research online for the GMC Terrain - one of the dealerships that I saw online through Cars.com was Whitaker. Having never been to a Whitaker dealership I took a chance and sent an inq - one of the dealerships that I saw online through Cars.com was Whitaker. Having never been to a Whitaker dealership I took a chance and sent an inquiry. My past experience in sending inquiries is that you receive a ton of emails from the internet manager at a dealership with no details on the vehicle that you are looking at - just wanting you to come into the dealership to try to sell you. Mike Gaydos at Whitaker replied to my email very quickly and completely described the GMC Terrain that I had inquired about noting some features that I wasn't even aware was on the model. I then said I may be in the Forest Lake area that Saturday and he quickly responded that he would be in. When I arrived at the dealership which is over an hour from my home - Mike greeted me and showed me the vehicle that I had inquired about explaining all of the features. When the dealership ran the trade-in on my existing car - I felt it was a low price. I forget the name of the manager - but he was sitting right by Mike's desk and said that he would look it up and see what he thought. He showed me the screens for the dealer auctions, etc. - he wasn't hiding the screen as you see at a lot of places - he was very upfront. We discovered that they had not put in all of the features/options of my car and came back with a new price. They also explored both finance and lease options for me - and I decided to lease. I was very pleased with my experience which was absolutely no pressure, very friendly people and I felt I was dealt with very honestly and openly. When my 36 mos lease is up I would definitely return again. More

Bob is excellent in Finance..goes beyond just looking at the numbers!! ( He also has some great stories !!) We will be stopping in just to say Hi as we feel we have made some great friends !! More
