Mike and I had a very good experience with Jerry. Mike talked to him numerous times on the phone and Jerry was very helpful. Jerry was able to answer our questions. There was a little bit of a wait time for the paperwork to be finished, and Jerry kept us entertained and helped us with directions since we were not from the area.
