I did appreciate $250 going toward charity. Would recommend better focus on the details with each transaction. Lots of small mistakes with my new lease. The original finance paperwork was incorrect and required me to return dealership later in the day to correct it. Took three times to get the VIN correct in the paperwork. This created additional changes with my insurance coverage. Because of it, I am still not fully connected to Starlink one month later. Was offered an appointment for Tech training, responded, but no return response to date, still do not have an appointment scheduled. It's a very nice and new building, staff was very nice and for the most part very responsive to all of the missed details, however needs work on quality service. I would recommend because I like Subaru, hopefully new customers will get better attention to the details. More

Service here is great! When my son hit a curb turning on some ice and my alignment was completely off and all sensors were flashing, they fit me in right away to have that When my son hit a curb turning on some ice and my alignment was completely off and all sensors were flashing, they fit me in right away to have that resolved. When we couldn’t get in for a couple weeks to check for other related issues and diagnostics and another private shop was able to identify and fix other issues, including the need for repeat alignment, Subaru service team helped us out by repeating the alignment about five days later. We remain loyal customers and appreciate the broad teamwork and kindness shown in helping us out as much as possible when the schedule was too full to do everything at once, but Subaru knew we needed to be back on the road! Thank you Subaru! More
