I found a car online at White Bear Acura Subaru. I messaged the dealership as soon as I seen it was posted. They just took the vehicle in on trade right before I messaged. Disclaimer is that I live 4 1/2 hours away. I spoke with Chris Doffing and he gave me details about the car that he had available, sent me pictures of it upon request (they weren't all online as it was literally just traded in) and I told him I wanted it. He worked with me the entire time discussing how much the vehicle was, any flaws that it had (it had minor cosmetic issues that they wanted to fix before I could even view/test drive - needed to run through service for a checkup before they would sell it) and all worked with me to ensure that I could pay for the vehicle in full with cash and transfer my title to Iowa. As I was eagerly looking for this specific model of Dodge Charger Chris Doffing was patient and provided all applicable updates and scheduled a time for me to come test drive it and take it home. The entire team I worked with that day was amazing- we got the vehicle paid for, all paperwork done and I got to leave in less than an hour. As I was out of state they sent me the documents I needed for the title as soon as they had them available. I could not be happier with my purchase and experience - Chris Doffing was very knowledgeable and more than polite. This was probably my best experience at a dealership ever- and I buy a new car about every 2 years. Car was in better shape than I expected and they went over everything to make sure there were no issues. I highly recommend going to White Bear Acura Subaru if you are looking for a great buying experience with a courteous staff. More
