This was my third purchase from this dealership but, unlike the Superb experience at this dealership and my new vehicle surpasses my expectations. This was my third purchase from this dealership but, unlike the prior purchases, became necessary after a distracted driver “totaled” my car. One visit secured the car and another to finalize the purchase - done, done. They listened and responded appropriately to my needs and desires then added services - making my bad ordeal into a very good one. I heartily recommend them, especially Marilyn Babcock. More

The people I worked with were good overall but both the sales person and the finance person sold me on a maintenance plan that absolutely did not make sense for my lease arrangement, even after I asked que sales person and the finance person sold me on a maintenance plan that absolutely did not make sense for my lease arrangement, even after I asked questions about it during the process. I went with the plan and then ultimately canceled, but now my lease payment is higher than it should be. Need everyone on the same page with these maintenance plans and don't oversell unless you really know the details. More

Nice dealers, want to make a sale and are knowledgeable.
