It was quick. We originally came to look at a vehicle that had already sold so we figured, while we were there, we might as well look at the used inventory. We were approached by a dealer who basically just opened up the dealership website and set the filter to high-low. They didn't discuss any vehicles or even ask any questions but simply scrolled through. They were just trying to scroll through the inventory so we would leave. I normally would never write a review but I felt like an idiot being there and as if I was a major burden. This review doesn't reflect the dealership as a whole, as we have bought two brand new vehicles before from WB Subaru in the last 5 years. We could have honestly walked off the lot with a brand new car, but because it was used, we were treated less than. We ended up driving off with a brand new Mazda three hours later at Polar Mazda. More
Disappointing I went to the dealer to look into trading in my 2017 lease as I was being contacted repeatedly about the great deals they had to offer. I had a good experience originally in 2017 and I wasn’t considering any vehicle other than another Subaru. My leased car had only 18,000 miles on it and was in very good condition, although there was a scratch on the side of the vehicle. Shea told me that they would’t give me any equity in the vehicle and that it was in “fair” condition, and that he was actually doing me a favor by just taking it back. This was after I had made an appointment with him and had been made to wait twice - once to test drive and once while he helped other customers while we sat waiting at his desk. Then when he finally came back, he didn’t provide any price on the vehicle or information other than it would cost me $399 to lease a Forester. When I questioned him he said ‘you’re moving up from a smaller vehicle and you’ll have to pay more’. Up until that point I had been frustrated with the experience and so it was a no-brainer to walk out. In hindsight - I’m glad I did. I ended up purchasing from Buerkle across the street who were more than happy to take in my lease and work with me. I ended up with a much better vehicle and was able to purchase it at a lower monthly price than what Subaru was offering for a lease price. More

The salesman, Chris Her helped us every step of the way and made the process really painless for his knowledge of the brand was very helpful! Chris was so friendly and responsive to all of our questions and was never just pushing us to buy. The financing was easy and everything was well explained. Chris than took us through all the different operations of the car and explained all the tech that comes with the car. We love this car and can’t wait for our next trip! More

I was initially very unsatisfied with the customer service and the vehicle features and some of the defects. I took the vehicle in within the 30 day warranty and voiced my concerns and I felt as thoug service and the vehicle features and some of the defects. The dealership added a new feature as part of my suggestion and corrected all of the other concerns that I had and I was very thankful and satisfied with the vehicle as well as their efforts to correct the concerns. Long, slow oil leak finally solved. My 2007 Subaru Legacy GT had a slow oil leak for over a year. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The service personnel took a much closer look and suspected maybe the head gasket was the problem. That caused them to pull the engine out and then the true problem was spotted. Now there is no more oil leaking onto my garage floor. More
