Wow, not impressed I called in inquiring about new Outbacks and what kind of financing they had. I spoke with Scott and he said the lowest financing rate they had was 2 I called in inquiring about new Outbacks and what kind of financing they had. I spoke with Scott and he said the lowest financing rate they had was 2.99%, which really isn't that great in my opinion for top notch credit. He said "well, we don't need to incentivize because we sell so many cars anyway". I said "wow, so you don't care about making an effort with your customers?". He said "well, if you're looking for discounts you probably shouldn't be looking at Subaru's". He came off as extremely condescending and I got the distinct impression he really didn't care if I bought a vehicle there or not. Well no worries there, I'll be shopping elsewhere, clearly they don't really care about their customers. I had a chat session with someone at White Bear Subaru and told them about my experience. They asked if I would like a manager to call me so I said sure. 24 hours later and still nothing from anyone at White Bear Subaru, guess the managers don't care about customers either. More
