Brought my car in due to recall My car had several recalls and I had a leak in one tire. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. Ue Vang was wonderful and kept me updated on the repairs. He answered all my questions and worked to make sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. This definitely was a completely different and regreshing experience from assessment (Tim Pope who was great), negotiation, paper work, and honoring minor fixes (even providing a loaner for the day for a small window fix). Hats off to Donovan in the service department for all of his help. Awesome Experience, genuine people, and you really get the feeling that accountability and customers do matter to them. They have definitely earned my repeat business and praise. More

Love the service This was my first time being service at this dealership and it won’t be my last. But upon my arrival James Burton had made my day when instead of having me taking the shuttle bus he offered me the new MDX turbo charger as a loners car.
