New Front Windshied and Wipers I originally went in for new front wipers because the plastic on the left wiper had broken off. During my drive there, the snow from a car that hadn't I originally went in for new front wipers because the plastic on the left wiper had broken off. During my drive there, the snow from a car that hadn't been fully wiped off blew off and hit my window. The impact was actually ice, which cracked my front windshield. Peng was very helpful and took care of everything, including calling the glass company who connected with my insurance agent. I always feel very well taken care of - which isn't normal at car dealerships! More
