I did oil change with multiple inspection. However, I realized that they didn't look carefully my car and didn't inspect well since I have some problem of my car. Good service but slower then told to me. The service area and waiting area are very clean. They only real complaint I have is they stated 1 week later by mail that I had a oil leak from the oil plug. There was a bit of a disconnect on the Covid mitigation policies, i.e., due to a family member of mine being on chemotherapy, the person I made the appointment with suggested that I park in the drop-off lo policies, i.e., due to a family member of mine being on chemotherapy, the person I made the appointment with suggested that I park in the drop-off location - a good no-contact plan. However, as I was leaving my car in the drop-off location, another employee driving by suggested that I drive into the service area because the drop-off location was only for overnight or early morning appointments, and no one would know my car was awaiting attention. So I had to call the person I made arrangements with initially to confirm that the car would in fact receive attention. Everyone was exceedingly polite and provided the inspection and repair estimate that I needed efficiently. More
