Pandemic conditions are probably not the best time for "first impressions". I had the oil changed, a moon roof air deflector installed and requested service on the drivers seat where the leather is pullin "first impressions". I had the oil changed, a moon roof air deflector installed and requested service on the drivers seat where the leather is pulling away from the seat frame. A part had to be ordered for that warranty repair, and I am still waiting for a call that the part has been received. I also bought replacement wipers and cabin air filter (I like to have consumables on-hand). The cost was over $100, so I will not likely be returning for these consumables in the future. Other than that, the car wash was great. They even removed and cleaned the floor mates! I always check online for service and parts coupons before making a service appointment. I am sorry I do not remember my service reps name. She was behind a mask, but was very helpful an courteous. I think it may have been Nicole based on the pictures below. More
