We really appreciate having a clean car after every service visit. The service tech's are always willing to show you the reason for an expensive repair. Took my forester in for 60K service check (oil change, spark plugs, and tire rotation) and was charged $1062, nearly $700 of which was in labor charges for less than 3 hour of work. When I ask why the labor charge was so excessive, the service rep wasn't really able to give me a straight reason. I called my previous Subaru, dealership less than 100 miles away, they told me it was a package deal at $450 (labor and parts) for this service. I told White Bear about the pricing discrepancy and they said they would call my previous dealer to inquire about the difference, but didn't price match or reimburse me. I feel incredibly cheated.
