i got the head gaskets replaced. The service guy said that they replaced it with the STi gaskets so they won't leak again, but when I got home and looked up the part# it turned out they didn't. They used the carbon coated ones not the multi-layered steel. Plus the tech didn't clean the oil off the engine block. The other dealerships so it I don't know why White Bear won't. More

recall on Forester, good experience I came in at appointed time for recall on 2 items. I requested a ride to shopping center, called to be picked up, was told an additional half hour to I came in at appointed time for recall on 2 items. took responsibility for their mistake I had my Subaru Forester in for a recall of the rear coil springs and the bolts were not put back on properly. After a week or so I started to hear ra I had my Subaru Forester in for a recall of the rear coil springs and the bolts were not put back on properly. After a week or so I started to hear rattling in the back end and ended up taking it to a nearby repair shop because I didn't dare drive it very far. I got it fixed and then called the Subaru dealer. They didn't dispute anything and immediately issued me a check to cover the cost at my repair shop. Although I was disappointed that their technician made a mistake and didn't fasten the bolts back on properly their service manager handled it very well so I would give them 5 stars for customer service. More
