The service I experienced was excellent! Doug was professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing. He even put up with my dad's "dad jokes" about blinker fluid, haha! The services I came in for involved multiple recalls (three came in back-to-back in Dec/Jan), an oil change (just moved across the country), and a general inspection for the upcoming lease return. Doug even threw in a complimentary wiper blade change since I brought my own new ones. I got my vehicle back with all the service completed, and was pleasantly surprised to see my car had all the snow/salt washed off too. Above and beyond service, I was truly impressed!! More

All of the employees, from sales to parts to service, are cheerful, friendly, helpful & professional. Even though we live 25 miles away, I wouldn't have my Outback serviced anywhere else. During our recent service visit for routine scheduled maintenance, Ue went so far as to check for coupons for discounts, saving us $40. He didn't have to do that, but he did - unasked. Things like that are what set White Bear Subaru apart from other dealers. More

Quick Responses-Above & Beyond I reached out the morning of a long trip because my new Subaru was shaking on the freeway. I got a text back right away from a representative recommending I clean out my wheel wells. When that didn't work, they saw me the same afternoon, checked my wheels and axles, washed my car, and cleaned the all weather mats. They also did a vehicle inspection and found some issues from an oil change. I was very impressed with the level of care, and the attention to my concern. I will definitely go back! More

Diagnostic review My car stalled and I had it towed to the dealer, since the check engine light was on . The dealer took my car and kept me informed on the status. It My car stalled and I had it towed to the dealer, since the check engine light was on . The dealer took my car and kept me informed on the status. It was a sub zero degree day and after performing the diagnostics they couldn't find anything wrong. They were kind enough to drive it and check to ensure all was ok, in fact they kept overnight and then drove again without issue. I was told they could test more, but I decided to pick it up. I haven't had any issues since then. They thought it might have been a frozen sensor since the car was sitting for a month without usage and was at a bit less then a quarter full. I believe the service team went above the call of duty and was very concerned for me and my car. In fact when they couldn't find anything wrong I wasn't charged. I was extremely pleased and thankful for the excellent service I received. More
I had to take my car in for a recall. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful, however, I had to bring it back to have it rechecked. Nena got me in the same day and Doug took great care of me.
