White Bear Subaru is the best in the Twin Cities. I'm always able to get appointments when I need them, their service department is very expedient, and their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Not taken seriously I brought my Subaru Outback in for an oil change before taking a road trip. I specifically told the service man (I don’t remember who his name) to che I brought my Subaru Outback in for an oil change before taking a road trip. I specifically told the service man (I don’t remember who his name) to check the tires because one tire in particular was losing air frequently. My husband had put air in the tire several times that week. When my vehicle was ready, I asked about the tire, and the attendant didn’t see any notes about the tire. He went to talk to the service man who said they didn’t find anything. I asked to have them check again especially since I was going on a trip and 30 minutes later, they said they didn’t find anything. I asked what else could be causing the leak and was told it was probably the cold air. I didn’t know what else to do so I went home. The next morning was tire was low again, husband added more air, I called the service department again and explained the situation. I was told to come in the next day and they would again check the tire. My husband came with me this time and Ue Vang worked with us. He was very understanding and made sure we were taken care of. They actually found the cause of the leak and repaired it at no cost to me. However I felt that had I been taken seriously the first time, I wouldn’t have had to go back. More

I usually have no issues with service here and I've purchased 5 Subarus from this dealer, so I obviously like them. But the begging is really irritating. My last service did have some issues, mainly in misinformation from the department. It was a recall situation. When I made the appointment, I asked how long it would take and was told about an hour. When I arrived, I was told it would take about 2 hours. It actually took about 2.5 hours. I had the time on this particular day, but a little more accuracy would be helpful. And stop begging! More
