So far, I've bought two cars from White Bear Acura: A used 2011 and a used 2014 RDX, both excellent vehicles. The maintenance on both has been minimal in 12 years. The mechanics (Nick, Jesse, Matt and Mi used 2011 and a used 2014 RDX, both excellent vehicles. The maintenance on both has been minimal in 12 years. The mechanics (Nick, Jesse, Matt and Mike), the parts dept. (Scott and Lee), the service writers (primarily Luke but several others over the years) and current management team (Greg and Dee) have ensured I have never had any difficulties or issues with all necessary work done over an extended period of time. I am, in my recent visit, as in all my dozens of previous visits, fully satisfied on all levels, that is, with their courteous professionalism, their diagnostic thoroughness, their genuine care for my vehicle's optimum operational capacity and for each of their irreproachable service resolutions. Overall, they are very nice and do a good job but I almost always have to come back for a follow-up to fix a small issue. They need a touch less mounting machine that does not scratch the wheels. Both of my brand new sets of wheels were scratched from this machine.
