Solved the problem AND washed my car! For the second time in one year, my Outback's battery went completely dead. Subaru's road service got it started, and I drove straight to the dealer. For the second time in one year, my Outback's battery went completely dead. Subaru's road service got it started, and I drove straight to the dealer. The dealer supercharged the battery and washed my car for free. Best of all, I received a clue as to the cause of the drain: the overhead light by the back window. It is easy to turn it on accidentally, and easy not to notice that it's on. Worse, it does not turn itself off. (Manufacturer, please redesign the lighting to turn itself off rather than drain the battery, OK?) More

Left car for further diagnostic and part was ordered. Dealer provided me with a loaner until such time as the vehicle was ready 8 days later. Overall great people, but no one actually tested the radio before they told me the car was ready. A bit of an inconvenience. More

In literally 2 minutes someone cheerfully checked and remedied the situation and I was on my way. I do all the service for my 2015 Subaru Outback at the dealer and have always been extremely happy and satisfied. More
